TPEE (thermoplastic polyester elastomer) is a block copolymer containing a hard segment of polyester and a soft segment of polyether.
TPEE is mainly used in areas requiring shock absorption, impact resistance, flex resistance, sealing and elasticity, oil resistance, chemical resistance and sufficient strength.

Key Characteristics

  • Exceptional Toughness and Resilience
  • Resistance to Creep, Impact and Flex-fatigue
  • Good Thermal Stability at High Temp.
  • Excellent Flexibility at Low Temp.
  • Excellent Chemical / Oil / Solvents Resistance
  • Good Hydrolysis Resistance

Main Grades

  • High Performance Grades (Shore 30D-77D)
  • Productive Grades (Shore 28D-55D)
  • Specialty Grades (UV, Heat stabilized, lubricated)
  • Lower Hardness (Shore 70A-80A)
  • Blow molding Grades
  • Transparent Grades
